Precautions:
- Each individual draw cord will have it's own tassel to prevent a loop condition which is a
strangulation hazard.
- Draw cords will have a washer assembly mounted just below cord lock when the blind is in
the lowered position to prevent the lift cords from being pulled from ladder; again, creating a strangulation
hazard.
- The taller a blind is, generally the longer it's lift cord is. When it's in a raised
position, lift cord is not only in close proximity of floor; sometimes it's on the floor. This also can
present a hazard. On several occasions, customers have cut the lift cords shorter. This is alright,
assuming you do so when the blind is in a lowered position; doing so while in a raised state will render the blind
inoperable.
